Vous aurez l’opportunité de contribuer directement à la mise en production de nouveaux produits, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de recherche et développement ainsi que celles des opérations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsabilités principales :</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Transfert R&amp;D vers Production (NPI / industrialisation) :</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participer à l’assemblage de prototypes électromécaniques complexes</li>\n<li>Rédiger et structurer les instructions de travail (procédures, documentation d’assemblage)</li>\n<li>Créer et gérer les listes de pièces (BOM) dans un système ERP</li>\n<li>Former et accompagner les équipes de production lors de l’introduction des produits</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Développement et mise en place des tests :</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Concevoir, assembler et valider des stations de test de production</li>\n<li>Produire les schémas d’assemblage (câblage, stations, bancs de test)</li>\n<li>Rédiger les procédures de test</li>\n<li>Collaborer avec la R&amp;D pour traduire les requis en méthodes testables en production</li>\n<li>Former les utilisateurs (production et test)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Support à la production et amélioration:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participer à l’automatisation des tests (selon l’environnement technique)</li>\n<li>Fournir un support technique lors du démarrage et des enjeux de production</li>\n<li>Assurer la gestion des changements (ECO) et le contrôle des révisions</li>\n<li>Développer des outils de qualité (checklists, validation de procédures)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Exigences :</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diplôme : DEC technique (électronique, mécanique, industriel) ou expérience équivalente</li>\n<li>3 à 5 ans d’expérience en introduction de nouveaux produits (NPI), industrialisation ou transfert vers la production</li>\n<li>Expérience en environnement manufacturier</li>\n<li>Expérience en assemblage de systèmes complexes (atout important)</li>\n<li>Connaissance d’un ERP (Business Central, SAP, Oracle ou équivalent) (atout)</li>\n<li>Connaissances en tests, validation ou automatisation (atout)</li>\n<li>Connaissances linguistiques :  Français obligatoire. This position combines hands-on technical product work with the development and structuring of manufacturing methods.</p>\n<p>Joining our team means working in an advanced technological environment where you will be involved with complex and challenging products.
