We throw employee appreciation events throughout the year like parking lot BBQ's, catering/food trucks, snow cone days, big prize giveaways, employee recognition awards, and more!</strong> </em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential)</li>\n <li> Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment</li>\n <li>Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan)</li>\n <li>Adhere to safety policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactions</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I Have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment is preferred & helpful, but not required</li>\n <li>1-2+ years of residential service and/or install experience is preferred</li>\n <li>Good analytical skills and attention to detail</li>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time</li>\n <li>Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device</li>\n <li>Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely</li>\n <li>Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights</li>\n <li>Service Titan software experience preferred</li>\n <li>Upon job offer extension, must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
