    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Compliance Support Specialist</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Position Overview</u></strong><br>&nbsp;We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Compliance Support Specialist to join our team. This role supports the bank&rsquo;s compliance program by assisting with monitoring, analysis, and regulatory updates to help ensure adherence to all applicable laws and internal policies.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support Residential Quality Control processes and HMDA data reporting activities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with Fair Lending analysis to promote equitable treatment of all borrowers and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help review and document compliance activities across assigned areas.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor updates from regulatory agencies and industry partners; provide input on procedural changes related to new or revised laws and regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review and analyze business unit procedures and manuals related to assigned products and services; collaborate with leadership to address and resolve compliance concerns.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in administering the bank&rsquo;s regulatory training platform, including onboarding new users, assigning courses, and resolving access issues.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete required compliance training within established timeframes.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred, or 3&ndash;5 years of relevant compliance experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Working knowledge of bank products, policies, and procedures; familiarity with loan and/or deposit compliance preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Willingness to pursue professional compliance certifications (e.g., CRCM, CCBCO) preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be part of a team where integrity and accountability matter.
