    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Objectives and Activities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architect, deploy, and maintain WebLogic clusters in high-availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) configurations.</li>\n<li>Design DR strategies and lead failover testing for RTO/RPO adherence</li>\n<li>Optimize JVM, thread pools, JDBC, and JMS for high-throughput financial transactions.</li>\n<li>Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement preventive measures.</li>\n<li>Manage and monitor WebLogic server environments to ensure high availability and performance.</li>\n<li>Perform regular system and application deployments and updates.</li>\n<li>Configure and optimize server settings and application performance.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Ensure security measures are in place and maintained for WebLogic environments.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with development and operations teams to support application lifecycle management.</li>\n<li>Maintain and document configuration changes and system processes.</li>\n<li>Create, configure, backup and restore a WebLogic Server domain, cluster, and authentication provider</li>\n<li>Ensure installations meet standards and technical specifications</li>\n<li>Plan, install, build, manage, support, configure, secure and test WebLogic infrastructure components and connectivity</li>\n<li>Support multiple WebLogic 14.x Servers and J2EE applications in a High Availability environment</li>\n<li>Provide troubleshooting and technical support services for web infrastructure</li>\n<li>Assist in the planning and execution of disaster recovery failover testing</li>\n<li>Perform 24x7 on call duties on a rotation basis with the other WebLogic administrator</li>\n<li>Perform scheduled maintenance, patching, and security compliance</li>\n<li>Perform and automate manual application deployments and housekeeping activities.</li>\n<li>Understand and follow existing change management processes<span>.</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide clarifications and regular Knowledge Transfer sessions to WebLogic team</span></li>\n<li>Performing installations, configurations, patching, backups, and disaster recovery testing.</li>\n<li>Be part of the DevSecOps teams to support and run CI/CD process for Flexcube UBS v14.x</li>\n<li>Able to travel to Cambodia for business trip when required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Bachelors or Masters / University degree in related field or equivalent work experience required. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Oracle WebLogic Certification (OCP/OCM) </span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience and Skills Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3+ years of experience in WebLogic server administration.</span></span></li>\n<li><span>Proven experience with WebLogic server configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong understanding of Java applications and middleware technologies.</span></li>\n<li><span>WebLogic security: SAML/OAuth, LDAP integration, WAF policies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.</span></li>\n<li>Working Experience of configuring Oracle Flexcube UBS v14.x</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li>\n<li>Working experience in Bank/Financial domain related projects.</li>\n<li><span>Problem-solving and good analytical skills </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work on tight deadlines under pressure </span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to create and maintain strong working relationship with colleagues and/or customers. </span></li>\n<li><span>Good Communication Skills and Team work.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to utilize in-depth knowledge of leading-edge products and technology in conjunction with industry and business skills</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will get from us</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>14 days’ vacation in first year</li>\n<li>Health insurance for staff &amp; families</li>\n<li>Life insurance </li>\n<li>Dental fee for staff &amp; families</li>\n<li>Provident fund</li>\n<li>Monetary Assistance (Childbirth, Funeral, Basket Visit)</li>\n<li>Annual Party</li>\n<li>Monthly Activities- Staff Birthday &amp; Company Activities</li>\n<li>Annual Health Check</li>\n<li>Multi-national company with flexible working hours, but professional company culture</li>\n<li>Hybrid Work from Home policy</li>\n</ul>",
