Contact us today to hear more about Arcarithm and all we offer!</p><p data-path-to-node=\"5\"><b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Job Title:</b> Project Engineer<b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"28\">Job Location:</b> Tullahoma, TN</p><p data-path-to-node=\"6\">The role of the Project Engineer is to develop and apply statistical and modern analytical methods to improve operations and maintenance of the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) air and space ground test equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will work as a member of the Digital Enterprise group (DE) to lead implementation of data-centered projects to improve the AEDC ground test data infrastructure, facility operations, and business systems. The person selected for this role will work closely with multidisciplinary work teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive decisions and will help design and implement a data architecture working with the Digital Enterprise team.</p><p data-path-to-node=\"7\">The Project Specialist/Engineer supports the development of technical scope, requirements, estimates, and schedules for capital investment, test, and maintenance projects for the Digital Enterprise Project Management organization. &nbsp;This role coordinates Engineering activities (e.g., technical planning, design, installation, and checkout) with Design Engineers, System Engineers, Test Operations Engineers, Project Managers, other non-Engineering functions, and support for the projects within the Digital Enterprise Project Management&rsquo;s portfolio.</p><p data-path-to-node=\"8\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Job Duties:</b></p><ul data-path-to-node=\"9\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">Responsible for coordination of engineering deliverables on a project or group of projects. Coordinates with the Digital Enterprise Project Managers, Group Managers and Functional Managers to secure the resources needed to complete design activities.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\">Communicates information that assists with effective priority determination by Digital Enterprise Branch Management.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,2,0\">Coordinates with the technical team to guide and direct 0-Works with Project Controls to develop work breakdown structures; Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules; and resource, cost and budget plans.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,3,0\">Supports Project Control / Digital Enterprise Project Manager in performing critical path analysis and development of timelines for completion of tasks, measuring the deliverable work packages of the project against the project plan.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,4,0\">Communicates schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and time constraints to the project team, section supervisors, and group managers.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,5,0\">Assist with PM responsibilities as need in the preparation of progress reports, standardized reporting procedures and the monitoring of overall project performance.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,6,0\">Tracks project charging and ensures appropriate charge number assignment.</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,7,0\">Organizes and communicates project information (e.g., scope of work, requirements documentation, drawings, and estimates) to project team
