    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior Data Product Manager Lead</strong> to join our Distribution Business Intelligence Team. This role is responsible for treating our distribution data as a product – building the strategy, infrastructure and insights that empower our sales teams to deliver better outcomes to clients. You will act as the strategic bridge between our Distribution and Technology teams, ensuring that our sales force is equipped with data-driven “looking around the corner” capabilities. We are looking for an individual who is collaborative, agile and ready to roll up their sleeves. In addition to in-depth subject matter expertise, you’ll need to continually keep pace with the changing technology landscape.</p>\n<p>We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days a week.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 4 days per week.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Location(s): Charlotte NC, Milwaukee WI, Boston MA, New York NY, San Francisco, CA</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Distribution Business Intelligence</strong>: Design and oversee the deployment of dashboards that deliver actionable, data driven insights to sales teams (Tableau/Salesforce CRMA) that track distribution performance, advisor engagement, and asset flow attribution</li>\n <li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration: </strong>Partner with Distribution leadership and sales personnel to translate business solutions and pain points into technical requirements for our ET data engineering teams</li>\n <li><strong>Data Architecture: </strong>Lead the definition and alignment of client data models across multiple data sources to create a flexible, trusted foundation for Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting</li>\n <li><strong>Data Strategy & Roadmap: </strong>Define and execute Distribution Intelligence roadmap and prioritize strategic client data initiatives for Engineer and Technology team’s implementation within our enterprise distribution data lake. You will prioritize the integration of CRM data (Salesforce), marketing automation, internal sales results and third-party industry data </li>\n <li><strong>AI Strategy & Roadmap: </strong>Develop an AI strategy working across teams that drives sustainable business growth, boosts internal productivity and operational efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience: </strong>10+ years experience in Product Data Management, specifically within Asset Management or Financial Services Distribution</li>\n <li><strong>Technical Stack</strong>: Deep proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Snowflake or similar data warehouses and BI visualization tools (Tableau and Salesforce CRMA)</li>\n <li><strong>Domain Expertise</strong>: Strong understanding of Global Distribution Channel reporting, and the asset management product lifecycle (Mutual Funds, ETFs, SMAs, CITs, UCITS, Offshore Funds and Institutional Separate Accounts)</li>\n <li><strong>Agile Leadership:</strong> Ability to run delivery teams in using SCRUM methodology with iterative approach to delivery, as well as communicating program increments for high level accountability</li>\n <li><strong>Analytics Rigor:</strong> Ability to perform complex SQL queries and translate raw datasets into leadership-ready strategic insights</li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science or a related technical field</li>\n <li>Remain in stationary position for prolonged periods of time</li>\n <li>Operate computer programs and software</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with audiences in person and in electronic formats</li>\n <li>Day-to-day contact with others (co-workers and/or public)</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a collaborative business environment in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Please note</strong></em><em>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
