Experience in laboratory testing for soils, concrete, aggregate and/or asphalt, along with certification in ATTI and ACI are required. The successful candidate will have knowledge regarding the standard laboratory test methods including, but are not limited to, asphalt content by ignition, marshall/gyratory, maximum theoretical density, sand equivalent, uncompacted voids, &nbsp;proctors, sieves, Atterberg Limits, Compression, Sampling, and splitting of samples.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Qualification:&nbsp;</strong>The ideal candidate will have current ACI Concrete Strength; ATTI Soils and Aggregate, and ATTI Asphalt certifications.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">ACI Aggregates, ACI Aggregate Base or any other ATTI certifications a plus.</span></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Required Skills:&nbsp;</strong>Candidate should have excellent mathematical, computer, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, positive attitude, good organizational skills, and a strong work ethic. Must have a current valid driver&#39;s license and the ability to lift 60 pounds repeatedly as part of the daily duties.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Arizona. Must be willing to travel throughout the state of Arizona.
