Using existing technique specification language and methodologies. By accelerating delivery of critical systems, Tangram is  transforming the way our nation solves complex software challenges. </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborates with client and industry teams to gather requirements, capture and analyze existing technique specification languages and methodologies, develop use cases and translate mission needs into the development of the language standard.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Translate client engineering needs and domain complexities to develop language features enabling users to describe engineering architecture techniques, including control flow, configurability, and runtime updates into clean language syntax and features.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Integrate language technologies with existing defense software platforms, ensuring interoperability, scalability, dynamic parameterizable inputs and security compliance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build language to support interface with radio frequency components</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support adjustments to the hierarchical language design to enable refinement of software component specifications to maximize code reuse and ensure the language supports the required configuration parameters. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the language can satisfy counter engagement and counter surveillance use cases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Add language and runtime features to support integrations of various waveform sources</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\"><br></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">DESIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE/</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\"><br></span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-style: italic\">Required Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">3+ years of experience and deep knowledge in syntax, semantics, and morphology</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with parser generators, compiler toolchains, software and system architecture design.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with software development best practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to obtain or possess a current/or recent U.S. Government Security (DoD) Clearance.
