If you're passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Oversee and manage a WWTF System Improvements Project.</p></li>\n <li>Responsible for budget monitoring, construction quality and safety on the project site</li>\n <li>Prepares monthly contract status reports, budget reviews, amendment requests and negotiations</li>\n <li>Responsible for working as a team with the contractor, client, field team and designer</li>\n <li>Responsible for review of work, rejection of defective work, inspections and testing</li>\n <li>Daily report writing</li>\n <li>Responsible for preparation of meeting agendas and portions of proposals</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>10+ years experience including a lead role in $30 million or greater wastewater treatment facility project</li>\n <li>Completion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety training</li>\n <li>Thorough understanding of construction management processes and in-depth financial understanding of construction management</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors and lead engineer/project team, and deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints</li>\n <li>Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and be extremely organized</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project</li>\n <li>Working knowledge and understanding of construction methods, standards, specifications and plans</li>\n <li>Strong oral and written communications skills</li>\n <li>Strong computer and internet skills</li>\n <li>Proficient in MS Word and Excel</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate of Science or Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction related program</li>\n <li>Proficient in Document Management Systems (i.e. Procore, Bentley PW/EADoc, etc.)</li>\n <li>OSHA 30-hour safety course</li>\n <li>Certified Construction Manager or ability to obtain certification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Other Compensation and Benefits</h2>\n<p>Carollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
