Notifying the appropriate management and discussing any circumstances where the Immediate Care standard is not being maintained.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties</p><ul><li>Provide immediate medical attention to all patients who present themselves</li><li>Maintain satisfactory physical and mental health status and the ability to safely and competently practice medicine.</li><li>Maintain sufficient knowledge of specific procedures/treatments offered at clinic.</li><li>Maintain adequate clinical abilities as a practitioner.</li><li>Directly supervises the medical staff</li><li>Receive briefings and situation reports from the Chief Medical Officer and/or Clinical Director and ensures that all medical personnel are kept informed of status changes</li><li>Ensures a continuum of medical care and coordinating interaction with all appropriate outside medical entities</li><li>Report to Clinical director</li><li>Responsibilities</li><li>Punctuality: Arrive on time and stay late as necessary</li><li>Cooperation: Show a willingness to assist coworker &amp; show adaptability when schedule is changed.</li><li>Dependability: consistently performs as a provider by carrying out duties</li><li>Initiative: Makes practical, workable suggestions for improvements</li><li>Attitude: Makes a positive contribution to morale, accepts constructive criticism positively</li><li>Judgment: Analyzes decisions before implementing them</li></ul>",
