You'll be a visible presence for both guests and associates, helping create an environment where service, accountability, and results come first.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><span>Support all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring compliance with Shaner policies and franchise standards.</span></li><li><span>Drive revenue growth, control expenses, and help achieve financial goals.</span></li><li><span>Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding guest service.</span></li><li><span>Oversee food &amp; beverage operations, including bar management and banquet/event execution.</span></li><li><span>Ensure exceptional guest service by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.</span></li><li><span>Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and operational excellence.</span></li><li><span>Monitor guest satisfaction, quality scores, and operational performance metrics.</span></li><li><span>Assist with scheduling, payroll, budgeting and inventory controls. &nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts, as needed.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You'll Bring:</strong></p><ul><li><span>1+ year of hotel management or hospitality leadership experience; Marriott experience preferred.</span></li><li><span>High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred.</span></li><li><span>Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, and cost controls.</span></li><li><span>Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.</span></li><li><span>Experience with hotel property management systems.</span></li><li><span>Ability to effectively interact with guests, associates, and leadership teams.</span></li><li><span>Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.</span></li><li><span>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.</span></li><li><span>Knowledge of local attractions and area amenities preferred.</span></li></ul>",
