The proposed program aims to strengthen civil society resilience, sustainability, and effectiveness across Kenya, Zimbabwe, Colombia, and Lebanon.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>THRIVE seeks to empower civil society actors to counter shrinking civic space and promote enabling environments through three interlinked outcomes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Safe and inclusive spaces for collaboration </span></li>\n<li><span>Strengthened operational and strategic capacities </span></li>\n<li><span>Increased access to knowledge, networks, tools, and resources </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-weight: bold\">ROLE PURPOSE </span></p>\n<p><span>The Project Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of THRIVE, ensuring timely, high-quality, compliant, and adaptive implementation across all program countries once funding is confirmed and the project is launched.</span></p>\n<p><span>The role ensures alignment between program strategy and country implementation, strong partner relationships, effective grant portfolio management, quality reporting, budget oversight, and donor compliance.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Program Management and Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Lead day-to-day implementation of THRIVE across all countries. </span></li>\n<li><span>Develop annual plans, operational workplans, and delivery schedules. </span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate country teams, regional colleagues, and technical staff. </span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure coherence between country interventions and program objectives. </span></li>\n<li><span>Monitor progress and adapt implementation as needed.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> <span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42)\">B. </span></span><span style=\"color: rgb(186, 55, 42);
