    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>FastMed Urgent Care seeks an experienced Float Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) capable of working (full-time/part-time) at assigned clinic locations providing direct patient care. The provider will be expected to travel to assigned clinic locations as needed to support clinic operations. &nbsp;You&#39;ll be using your clinical skills and judgement to deliver fantastic care and create unforgettable patient experience.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Assigned FastMed Clinic Locations</strong></p><ul><li>Winston Stratford</li><li>Greensboro Battleground</li><li>High Point Skeet</li><li>Salisbury</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualified Candidates</strong></p><ul><li>Willingness to travel and work at assigned clinic locations; comfortable seeing patients of all ages.</li><li>Provide acute medical care to all patients; supports standards of care and complies with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Administers or orders diagnostic tests, such as x-ray and laboratory tests.</li><li>Capable of working independently and with a supportive team; capable of interacting with clinic managers and staff in a collegial and professional manner.</li><li>Ensures accurate maintenance of patient&#39;s medical records and confidentiality.</li><li>Participate in assigned meetings and training as directed.&nbsp;</li><li>Experienced using epic EMR</li><li>Capable of performing other related duties as assigned. </li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Experience &amp; Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Licensed (North Carolina) NP or PA from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program</li><li>Must have at least 2 years of experience; urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.</li><li>BLS Certified&nbsp;</li><li>Possess active and unrestricted DEA license to practice in North Carolina.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefit</strong></p><ul><li>Lucrative compensation structure to support multi-site responsibilities</li><li>Quarterly Bonus Potential</li><li>Comprehensive benefit package</li><li>CME Allowance</li><li>Malpractice Insurance</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Other&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Float providers are not eligible for &ldquo;hot shift&rdquo; incentive.</li><li>Float providers are not eligible for mileage reimbursement between assigned clinics (if asked to travel outside of assigned clinics, mileage reimbursement policy will apply)</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><p>The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
