Role Overview
Sodexo is hiring a Food Service Manager of Culinary Support for Rock Hill Schools in Rock Hill, SC. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader with strong culinary skills who enjoys creating positive dining experiences and supporting a team across multiple school locations.
In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, provide culinary support, and build strong relationships with district partners while enhancing the student dining experience through quality and consistency. You’ll leverage Sodexo’s tools and resources to drive results, develop teams, and support a fast-paced environment focused on student success.
At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Joining us at one of our school sites means fostering healthy learning environments and positively influencing the students’ well-being and performance.
What You'll Do
Have oversight of day-to-day operations while delivering high-quality food service
Achieve company and client financial targets and goals
Create a positive environment
Ensure menu planning, meal pattern compliance, sanitation, and organization
Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred
Experience with leading national school lunch programs is preferred

Have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
Demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.
