If you are driven, reliable, and committed to excellence, we encourage you to apply.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>Required and/or preferred qualifications include:</p>\n<p>High school diploma or equivalent<br>Previous supervisory or management experience<br>Proven ability to work independently<br>Strong customer service skills<br>Knowledge of all store operations<br>Experience managing a team of 10 or more employees<br>Background in custodial services, grocery, stocking, or warehouse operations<br>Ability to pass a background check<br>Willingness to work evenings and weekends (required)<br>Military experience is a plus<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span><br>The Commissary Manager will either perform or oversee the following duties:</p>\n<p>Develop work schedules and assign tasks to team members<br>Supervise staff engaged in stocking, custodial, and warehouse operations<br>Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and performance standards are met<br>Ensure all tasks are completed within established timeframes<br>Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed<br>Manage site-level HR functions, including scheduling, employee evaluations, corrective actions, and job postings<br>Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, and applicable regulations<br>Oversee health and safety programs<br>Serve as the primary liaison with customer representatives<br>Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints<br>Handle emergencies, employee incidents, and accident reporting<br>Resolve employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues<br>Maintain adherence to all federal, state, and company policies<br>Promote and maintain a clean, safe working environment<br>Complete required administrative tasks and daily closing procedures<br>Work across all operational functions, including warehousing and shelf stocking<br>Motivate and inspire team members through leadership and example<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<p>Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year<br>Paid time off<br>Additional Information</p>\n<p>Must be able to relocate to:<br>1300 Oceana Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23454<br>Job Type: Full-time</p>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p><br>Paid time off<br>Shift:</p>\n<p><br>10 hour shift<br>8 hour shift<br>Evening shift<br>Night shift</p>",
