In this role, you will help maintain facility equipment, building systems, and infrastructure to keep operations running safely and efficiently.&nbsp;<br><br>The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and experienced in troubleshooting and repairing commercial or industrial facility systems. This position supports day-to-day maintenance activities, preventive maintenance programs, and general building operations. We value diverse perspectives and welcome all qualified applicants to apply.&nbsp;<br><br>DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES<ul><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Monitor building systems including HVAC controls and Building Automation Systems (BAS).</li><li>Replace filters, belts, bearings, sensors, motors, pumps, and other mechanical components.</li><li>Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, and utility systems including compressed air, gas, water, and sewer lines.</li><li>Inspect facility equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues before failures occur.</li><li>Calibrate and maintain HVAC controls and temperature sensors.</li><li>Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies in a timely manner.</li><li>Perform general building maintenance including minor repairs, furniture moves, and workspace setup.</li><li>Conduct safety inspections of fire extinguishers, exit lights, eyewash stations, and related equipment.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance records using SAP CMMS or work order systems.</li><li>Follow company safety procedures, building codes, and environmental regulations.</li></ul>Additional Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed.</li><li>Support maintenance contracts and service scheduling.</li><li>Submit badge access requests and contractor coordination.</li><li>Help maintain facility cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.</li><li>Support special projects and other duties as assigned.</li></ul>We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.",
