Perform assigned project tasks across various functional departments. Provide and/or deliver project status updates.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 31.15px;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.</li><li>Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, quotations and bid packages.</li><li>Coordinate business development projects from initiation through completion.</li><li>Maintain and update ERP systems with customer, prospect and/or project information.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, deliverables and milestones.</li><li>Organize meetings and document action items.</li><li>Perform assigned project tasks across various functional departments and/or areas of the facility.</li><li>Ensure project tasks and deliverables are met.</li><li>Assist in the identification of project risks and issues.</li><li>Ensure effective communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.</li><li>May service as point of contact for customers, prospects and strategic partners.</li><li>May create project documentation and ensure project documents are archived and maintained.</li><li>May develop and monitor project plans and timelines.</li><li>May track and report out on project objectives, performance and status.</li><li>Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.</li><li>Other duties as assigned, requested or needed.</li></ul><p>Position Requirements</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
