Willing to spend a 3-month on-boarding time at our office in Thessaloniki, which is to be followed by a hybrid working model.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>If you are the ideal candidate you should do 3 things in our team:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop yourself and practice becoming better at what you do every single day.</li>\n<li>Support other teammates in their development path.</li>\n<li>Grow our products which, by the way, is the medium in achieving the first two.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse &amp; understand business requirements, spot the user pain behind them &amp; propose solutions.</li>\n<li>Write &amp; prioritise 1-pagers/PRDs; keep a clear, actionable backlog.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Business, Operations &amp; PED (product, engineering, design) on vision &amp; roadmap.</li>\n<li>Balance new features with tech improvements/tech debt; keep delivery Agile.</li>\n<li>Collect &amp; analyse feedback/data; run UAT/TOL; sign off before shipping; maintain product docs (Confluence, user flows/journeys).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will need</span></p>\n<p>You should be fluent – with 3+ years of experience – in:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Agile product delivery &amp; BDD</li>\n<li>Writing PRDs/user stories &amp; road-mapping from concept to launch</li>\n<li>Communication &amp; stakeholder management</li>\n<li>Using data to validate goals &amp; iterate; strong eye for UI/UX</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have previous experience with</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>SaaS tech environments (5+ years)</li>\n<li>SAFe/Scrum/Kanban</li>\n<li>Confluence &amp; analytics tools (e.g., SQL/BI)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Freedom to choose when and where you work from.</li>\n<li>Competitive salary.</li>\n<li>Private Insurance.</li>\n<li>Opportunities to attend trainings, workshops, and conferences.</li>\n<li>At least one company off-site and multiple unexpected BBQs per year.</li>\n<li>Access to any book related to your growth and development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Application process</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Phone screen with someone from People Ops</li>\n<li>1-to-1 interview with a Lead Front-End Engineer</li>\n<li>Group interview with the CTO, Lead PD, PO, Tech Lead</li>\n<li>Reference check (optional)</li>\n<li>Offer letter</li>\n</ul>",
