      "content": "<div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Associate / technical degree or better in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field is preferred</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience estimating or quoting electrical control panels / UL panel assemblies OR similar electro-mechanical products</li>\n<li>Experience in a manufacturing, controls, or panel assembly environment preferred</li>\n<li>Familiarity with CAD drawings, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams</li>\n<li>Experience with BOM costing, supplier RFQs, and labor estimating</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a team environment</li>\n\n</ul></div>"
