The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance program for mobile equipment, plants, and facilities.</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Benefits</strong></div><div><ul><li>Competitive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Prescription, 401(K) with 3% Employer Contribution, Long- and Short-term Disability</li><li>Tuition Reimbursement for qualified skilled trade programs</li><li>Student Loan Repayment Program</li><li>Employee Referral Program</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong></div><div>The Maintenance Manager:&nbsp;</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Supports safety and environmental initiatives including employee safety engagement, regulatory compliance and related training</li><li>Develops, trains and facilitates a team of equipment and plant maintenance personnel</li><li>Coordinates teams to identify process improvements and to develop and document maintenance procedures</li><li>Ensures compliance with the preventive maintenance program</li><li>Cultivates relationships with steel mill personnel, vendors and other management personnel</li><li>Develops maintenance systems and processes</li><li>Develops and monitors the Maintenance Department’s budget and business plan</li><li>Responsible for developing, assessing and meeting KPIs</li><li>Runs KPI reports, analyzes data and utilizes information for better decision-making</li><li>Acts as project manager for significant repair, rebuild or installation activities</li><li>Evaluates feasibility of capital expenditures</li><li>Audits processes and inspects work as necessary</li><li>Provides reporting and recordkeeping as required</li><li>Performs other duties and projects as assigned by manager</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Skills</strong></div><div>The ideal candidate will have:&nbsp;</div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><ul><li>Some college or degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of ten years of maintenance experience in industrial or construction environment</li><li>Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations and ability to implement related programs and controls</li><li>Ability to train, support and coordinate maintenance personnel</li><li>Ability to understand and use financial data for decision making</li><li>Management experience</li><li>Computer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office products</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li></ul></div><div><br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>To Apply</strong></div><div>Please submit your resume.
