To be successful in this role, the candidate should be reliable, eager to learn, technically inclined, and capable of supporting day-to-day platform operations under guidance from senior team members. This role is ideal for candidates who are building their expertise in <strong>ServiceNow development, ITSM workflows, scripting, and platform support</strong>.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What will this person do?</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: square;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the configuration and maintenance of ServiceNow modules and workflows</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in developing and updating forms, business rules, UI policies, and workflows</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support incident, problem, and service request management processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in troubleshooting ServiceNow-related issues and support tickets</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with senior engineers on enhancement and defect fixes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support integrations with external systems under guidance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain ticketing records and update technical documentation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create and update SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge articles</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support platform upgrade testing and validation activities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in L1/L2 support activities for ServiceNow issues</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify recurring issues and escalate to senior team members</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with internal IT teams for issue resolution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure compliance with platform governance and security standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties as assigned</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work closely with senior developers and architects</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in team discussions and technical reviews</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with stakeholders for issue understanding and resolution</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Bring your passion and together we will shine.
