Responsible for assigning and setting workflow priorities, training and development and performance management. Executes on business initiatives as directed and monitors daily performance against established metrics. Drive process improvement and change management. May serve as SME on larger cross functional projects. Demonstrates people management skills and cultivates positive, inclusive work environment.
