font-size: 10pt\">Gain a deep understanding of Simetrik’s integration portfolio, architecture, data model, and product boundaries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Map the current workflows of the 17-person integration cell to identify key bottlenecks, manual gaps, and immediate opportunities for AI/automation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of customer integrations, validating scope, technical design, testing, and go-live according to standard delivery value methodology.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Establish strong working relationships with leadership across Implementation, Product/Engineering, and Revenue (Sales & Customer Success).<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
