We are recognized as an award-winning leader in our industry with over 20 locations and 2,000+ team members. &nbsp;At Juniper, the foundation of who we are, how we perform, and how we treat others is guided by our core values. &nbsp;We are committed to a culture that welcomes, grows, and celebrates people who share in our mission to design, build, and maintain the best landscaping in the industry.&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>We offer career growth opportunities and excellent benefits (health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and PTO plans). &nbsp;Join our company, where we Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!</p>\r\n\r\n<p><u><strong>Production Manager Responsibilities:</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Understand client needs via regular communication with the Account Manager.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure that job site quality/appearance meet client and company standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Manage all landscape services, including the coordination of all materials, people, equipment and subcontractors required to produce quality work.</li>\r\n\t<li>Inspect properties prior to scheduled service and prepare specific action plans for service.</li>\r\n\t<li>Monitor irrigation systems, identify problems or necessary repairs, and communicate recommendations to the appropriate party.</li>\r\n\t<li>Monitor all aspects of the landscape and identify insect or disease problems.</li>\r\n\t<li>As necessary, perform hands-on work with crews to meet work and scheduling demands.</li>\r\n\t<li>Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, proper upkeep/maintenance of equipment, storage, use, and training required for branch equipment.</li>\r\n\t<li>Work with the Account Manager to identify staffing needs, hire new crew members, and prepare daily crew schedules.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure proper paperwork is completed for all employee changes and hires.</li>\r\n\t<li>Communicate with, counsel, train, discipline, review, and develop growth plans for employees.</li>\r\n\t<li>Hands-on training and support of crew members, including proper operation of equipment, pruning techniques, safety, and quality standards.</li>\r\n\t<li>Focus on safety standards and monitor safety records.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain and manage all required paperwork and Aspire entries.</li>\r\n\t<li>Order materials as needed and monitor costs and deliveries.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Florida Driver&rsquo;s License and ability to pass MVR required</li>\r\n\t<li>Previous experience managing landscaping crew(s)</li>\r\n\t<li>Solid knowledge of equipment, tools, and machinery needed for landscaping operations</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent time management skills and strong sense of urgency</li>\r\n\t<li>Computer skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Safety leadership skills</li>\r\n\t<li>Bi-lingual (English/Spanish), a plus</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>We Welcome/Grow/Celebrate you at Juniper!
