Description Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM -4:30 PM. We are seeking a Coding Supervisor to: Provide coaching to coding staff and ensure employees are receiving feedback on areas for improvement. Collaborate with Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) on Hierarchical Condition Category (HCC) Coding. Participate in hiring efforts which includes interviewing, onboarding, and training. Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure quality and production standards are being met.
