Working at THS should be as much of a joy as the learning experiences are, and we aim to inspire future leaders in progressive education.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Our primary and middle school faculty is composed of grade-level teams which include a qualified or certified educator, a learning specialist with a special education degree or certificate, and an educational mentee who provides support to the class teacher in all areas of classroom management, small-group instruction and administrative support. This individual must have a strong vocation and interest in pedagogy or Child/Adolescent Development and are currently enrolled in, or in process of pursuing, a tertiary degree or certificate in Education. They are a valued member of the faculty and class community as they enhance the positive development and experience of students in the school.
