Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $18.70 - $20.00.</p>\n<p>*This position is located 100% on site at Lexus of Stevens Creek in San Jose, CA.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits of working with us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full suite of medical benefits, which includes health, dental and vision insurance.</li>\n <li>401K with a generous Company match</li>\n <li>Team member discounts for cars, service, parts, and retail goods</li>\n <li>Tuition reimbursement</li>\n <li>Ongoing training and industry education through our in-house “Penske College” to help advance this position from a job to a <strong>career.</strong></li>\n <li>Employee Referral Bonus Program because your friends will want to work where you do.</li>\n <li>Company and corporate partner discounts to companies like GE, Dell, Microsoft, Quicken, and many others.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver purchased vehicles at dealership or to guests at designated locations</li>\n <li>Inspect vehicles to detect damage and confirm the presence of accessories listed on the invoice</li>\n <li>Ensures vehicle serial numbers match those on the delivery paperwork, and sign documents for sale/lease of vehicle.</li>\n <li>Completes delivery paperwork/electronic transaction in a timely manner as defined by dealership</li>\n <li>Arrives on time to scheduled appointments and maintains constant communication with the designated sales personnel on each vehicle delivery reporting back on any issues, concerns, or schedule changes</li>\n <li>Stays current with all product knowledge, especially regarding new features, accessories and the benefits and convenience for our guests</li>\n <li>Introduces guests to dealership operations, including the service and parts departments, to emphasize to guests the quality and efficiency of the dealerships service operations.</li>\n <li>Maintain and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management</li>\n <li>Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management</li>\n <li>Maintain high ethical standards in all actions </li>\n <li>Always maintain professional appearance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This individual should possess:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>A high school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Sales License</li>\n <li>A minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in the automobile or technology industries, preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of vehicle leasing principles; basic mathematical concepts (such as add, subtract, divide, multiply, and percentages); equity values and depreciation; and laws that govern retail automotive sales</li>\n <li>Ability to coordinates activities with other employees (team player); read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language; learn and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales; use good judgment in challenging situations; pay attention to detail; follow-up with guests and employees; work well with the public; communicate in a professional manner on the phone, internet and in person; use standard office equipment</li>\n <li>Must be fingerprinted and obtain a sales and must have a valid California driver’s license and maintain an acceptable and safe driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Physical and Environmental Demands</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The physical and environmental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
