We are seeking a skilled Safety manager to lead our corporate safety initiative. You will develop corporate standards, lead the teams actions to provide a safe working environment, support the application of those requirements with the production teams and ensure OSHA compliance.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Team Safety</strong>: Champion a culture of employee safety through standards, training, auditing, and reporting. Communicate and train the organization on our safety philosophy.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>OSHA Compliance and reporting:&nbsp;</strong>Support regulatory compliance activities, maintain records, complete all required OSHA documentation and reporting.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Continuous Improvement:&nbsp;</strong>Identify opportunities to improve team member safety, develop innovative solutions, and support implementation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Management:&nbsp;</strong>Directly supervise a team of Safety and compliance technicians supporting throughout the corporation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Collaboration:&nbsp;</strong>Partner with operations management teams to provide focused feedback and training &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>The Right Candidate:</strong></p></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in environmental health and safety, or a comparable technical field preferred, with at least five years of relevant experience.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated experience in safety management, with a strong focus on training, continuous improvement, and accountability, and readiness to step into a leadership role.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of Federal and State OSHA regulations and compliance and reporting requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Human Resource systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About the Company:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Kalmbach Feeds offers the highest quality nutritional products for livestock, poultry, and companion animals.
