The ideal candidate for this position will be personable, hardworking, and dedicated to growing their book of business. They will have excellent skills in time management, communication, and client service. Candidates should have the ability to work in teams and independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment in order to meet deadlines and goals.  This position will be based in Phoenix, AZ.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marketing, prospecting, selling, and managing commercial lines insurance products and client relationships.</li>\n<li>Execution of our comprehensive sales process which includes successful prospecting, planning, and gaining new business.</li>\n<li>Actively cross-sell full range of insurance products.
