    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Design/Launch Quality Engineer</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support vehicle launches for Body & Interior sub-systems by achieving program quality targets DPVA, DPVF, and DPVW across all milestones.</li>\n <li>Drive issue resolution and quality convergence activities through structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5D, 8D.</li>\n <li>Review engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and dimensional reports to evaluate product conformity and support tolerance stack-up assessments.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with Design, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, Production, and Program Management teams to ensure successful launch execution.</li>\n <li>Lead investigations and coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions for issues identified during prototype, pilot, pre-series, and production builds.</li>\n <li>Support manufacturing plants during trial builds, pilot builds, and Start of Production (SOP) by identifying assembly, fitment, dimensional, and quality concerns.</li>\n <li>Monitor vehicle fit-and-finish, dimensional compliance, gap & flush targets, and functional performance during launch phases.</li>\n <li>Validate conformity of critical parts and supplier deliverables through audits, inspections, build events, and quality reviews.</li>\n <li>Track launch-related quality metrics, open issues, supplier concerns, and escalation actions to ensure timely closure.</li>\n <li>Coordinate cross-functional reviews to assess launch readiness and mitigate risks impacting quality, timing, or production stability.</li>\n <li>Generate and present launch quality dashboards, KPI reports, risk assessments, and management status updates.</li>\n <li>Support engineering change management activities and assess the impact of design changes on product conformity, manufacturing processes, and supplier readiness</li>\n <li>Lead supplier issue escalation and recovery plans for critical launch-related quality concerns.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Production Engineering or related discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Essential skills</h2>\n<p>Key Skills:</p>\n<p>1. Root cause analysis</p>\n<p>2. Problem Solving methodologies</p>\n<p>3. GD&T ( Tolerance Stack up analysis)</p>\n<p>4. Vehicle Launch activities</p>\n<p>5. Technical knowledge on commodities - Instrument panel/Console, Door trims, Soft trims, Bumpers, etc.</p>\n<p>6. Engineering change management</p>\n<p>7. Part validation</p>\n<p>8. Supplier Process Audit.</p>\n<p>9. Dimensional Convergence</p>\n<h2>Experience</h2>\n<p>6 to 8 years</p>",
