The ideal candidate will have the skills and confidence needed to be the face of the operations, shouldering the responsibility of providing company-wide strategic direction and implementing a progressive vision for the future in partnership with the executive team and partner doctors. An exceptional COO can influence and inspire others to lead, motivate, and create a value-driven culture.
