  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block-->• Execute all aspects of discrete product development projects through all facets of the project development cycle<br>• Lead design reviews<br>• Provide technical support to insure a successful launch of a product<br>• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility<br>• Assist in building engineering prototypes and product testing<br>• Work with the sales department and customers to collect design inputs<br>• Work with vendors to collect feasibility information<br>• Resolve quality issues with new and existing products, including relevant customer quality forms and interaction with customers and vendors<br>• Create bill of materials, parts lists, setup sheets, technical manuals, and information for internal and external use<br>• Research new developments and innovations<br>• Plan and implement process change actions that positively impact business results<br>• Contribute to engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues to be addressed; provide information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommend options and courses of action; implement directives<br>• Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application<br>• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.<br><strong><br>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong> This position has no supervisory responsibility.</div>",

  "skills_knowledge_expertise": "<div><!--block-->• Proficient experience with 3D Solid Edge, Auto CAD, Office 365 software; SAP experience preferred<br>• Graphic Design basic skills preferred (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Word Press, and rendering workflows)<br>• Knowledge of technical products and industrial settings with air compression and rotation equipment preferred<br>• Firm commitment to excellence and high standards<br>• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively<br>• Interpersonal savvy; able to collaborate and work closely with other departments and leadership<br>• Excellent problem solving, process analysis, and improving business practice skills<br>• Outstanding time-management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while meeting deadlines<br>• Good judgement skills with the ability to make timely and sound decisions<br>• Excellent problem resolution and consultative skills<br>• High level of analytical ability including ability to prepare reports and business correspondence<br>• Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize duties and responsibilities<br>• Self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable; able to work independently within team focused environment<br>• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.<br>• Advocate a safety-first attitude in all aspects of the position<br><br>Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</div>",
