PGH Wong was established in 1985 on its extraordinary foundation in systems engineering and is now a full-service engineering, architectural, construction management, and program/project management consulting firm for public and private entities across the nation. </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for implementing cost and schedule control procedures. </li>\n<li>Perform and manage the development of construction cost estimates at each design phase</li>\n<li>Manage the development of independent cost estimates for change orders. </li>\n<li>Perform and manage the analysis of construction schedules for numerous construction contracts and the impact of delays</li>\n<li>Review compliance and direct conformance to change control procedures, to ensure timely administration of change orders and accurate maintenance of forecasted cost at completion. </li>\n<li>Participate in change order negotiation meetings to support the Construction Managers as necessary. </li>\n<li>Gather data and develop monthly construction progress reports, providing information on construction progress, schedule status, cost/budget status, and quality assurance activities. </li>\n<li>Review compliance and direct conformance to the Contractor's Payment Application procedures. </li>\n<li>Maintain the project budget, consisting of construction costs, design costs, and soft costs.</li>\n<li>Create and maintain cash flows for funding and capital planning purposes.</li>\n<li>Prepare and present presentations on cost, schedule, and project risks.</li>\n<li>Interface with the client on the project management (construction management) side and the business (operator management) side.</li>\n<li>Implemented many of the above tasks via Oracle Unifier, the Airport's consolidated project management and project controls system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Experience</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or another related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum 10 Years' experience in the construction industry.</li>\n<li>Experience in software packages, including Primavera, MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), and cost estimating software.</li>\n<li>Experience with Oracle Unifier is a plus, but not required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and Competencies</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>A desire to work within a collaborative environment.</li>\n<li>A desire to achieve excellence.</li>\n<li>A desire to grow within a dynamic organization.</li>\n<li>Experience with Design-Build project delivery, a plus.</li>\n<li>Understands the development of CPM Schedules from Baseline Schedules to Monthly Updates.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment, with a significant client interface.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer, dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination in employment on any basis, including race, color, sex, gender, age, disability, religion, national origin, political belief, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, domestic partner status, marital status, disability, weight, height, or AIDS/HIV status.</em></p>",
