Come find out how our people power modern life.</p>\n<h2>About this Role</h2>\n<p>Quanta South Region is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking <strong>Vice President – Safety & Training</strong> to lead the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of safety and training programs across our Texas-based utility services group. This executive will unify safety and workforce development initiatives across multiple operating companies, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The successful candidate will bring deep field experience within <strong>utility construction </strong>and a proven record of implementing large-scale safety and training programs in complex, multi-division environments.
