This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with an international <br>student body, collaborate with industry and research partners, and influence the evolution of AI-centric <br>business education in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.<br><br>Key Activities & Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Module responsibility and teaching of Gisma’s Bachelor and Master programmes, particularly in the fields of Artificial Intelligence in Business, Digital Innovation Management, AI Strategy, and related areas, as well as examination, assessments, and student supervision.</li><li>Active participation in programme development, quality assurance, and the integration of applied AI tools and methodologies into the curriculum.</li><li>Design and continuous update of contemporary teaching and learning materials aligned with developments in algorithmic business, AI ethics, and data-led venture creation.</li><li>Initiate, expand, and maintain cooperation with partners in industry and research organisations, particularly in Tech Hubs, AI startups, and digital transformation consultancy environments.</li><li>Participation in national and international accreditation procedures, as required.</li><li>Active engagement in academic administration and committee work.</li><li>Further development of a personal and institutional research profile in Business AI, Innovative <br>Technology Adoption, or Digital Ecosystems, publication of results in high-quality journals, and <br>engagement in public dissemination.</li><li>Support outreach activities, including student recruitment events and promotion of AI-driven <br>business study pathways.</li></ul><br><br>"

      "value": "For an appointment, you must fulfil all requirements according to Section 41 ff of the Brandenburg <br>Higher Education Act (BbgHG). See the following link: §41 ff. BbgHG.<br>In addition, you demonstrate:<ul><li>Completed university studies in a relevant discipline such as Business Information Systems, Innovation Management, Computer Science with a Business focus, or Digital Economy.</li><li>Proof of extraordinary qualification for scientific work in the form of an outstanding doctorate and/or a strong record of high-impact, peer-reviewed publications.</li><li>A minimum of three years of qualified professional experience, including at least two years outside a university environment, gained after a master's degree or equivalent.</li><li>Proven university-level teaching experience, with competence in blended, online, and interactive learning methodologies. Student evaluations should reflect excellent pedagogical aptitude.</li><li>A strong affinity for cutting-edge AI applications, prompt engineering, and the commercialization of machine learning.</li><li>Fluency in English for teaching and research purposes; international academic or industry experience is highly valued.</li><li>A publication record in fields such as Digital Innovation, Technology Management, or Applied AI.</li><li>Experience in developing and leading research projects, ideally with success in acquiring third party funding.</li><li>Innovative perspectives for advancing research and curriculum in AI-Driven Business Innovation.</li><li>Experience in curriculum development and accreditation processes is an asset.</li></ul>"
