Not only do you get to work with the best in the biz, but we also keep the fun going all year round—not just during the sunny summer months!</strong></p><ul><li>$24-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.</li><li>$175 annual footwear allowance.</li><li>Access to a company vehicle during the day to drive to your customers.</li><li>Excellent benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) match.</li><li>Monday-Friday shifts. No more nights, weekends or on-call.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Requirements:</strong></u></p><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Represent Horizon through our Core Values of Humbly Authentic, Deeply Committed and Driven Forward.</li><li>Ability to follow safe operating procedures.</li><li>The ability to effectively deliver services using tools, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>Ability to work well with others as part of a team.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></u></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>2 + years of experience in plumbing, electrical, repair industry, HVAC or pool/spa industry.</li><li>Ability to troubleshoot technical issues to utilize resources and skills to find resolutions.</li></ul><p><u><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Must be able to frequently lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to frequently push or pull objects weighing up to 50lbs</li><li>Requires the physical ability to use hands, arms, feet and legs for repetitive movements, bending, squatting and reaching.</li><li>Requires the physical ability to function in exposure to marked changes in Midwest temperature including humidity, rain, snow and cold and exposure to chemicals.</li><li>Requires driving a vehicle with acceptable driving record.</li></ul>",
