You will lead quality assurance and product safety programs across multiple categories, partnering cross-functionally to ensure products meet regulatory requirements, company standards, and customer expectations. This is a highly visible leadership role with meaningful influence across the product lifecycle.</p><p>What you will be doing:</p><p>• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of product quality and safety programs across assigned product categories</p><p>• Establish and oversee product testing protocols, inspection processes, and risk assessments aligned to regulatory standards</p><p>• Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues, safety incidents, and recalls</p><p>• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Legal</p><p>• Develop quality and safety KPIs and present insights to senior leadership</p><p>• Manage vendor performance and ongoing compliance</p><p>• Lead or support product recall situations</p><p>What You Bring to the Table:</p><p>• Strong people leadership and coaching capability</p><p>• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</p><p>• Ability to influence without direct authority</p><p>• Clear, confident communication skills</p><p>• Continuous-improvement mindset</p><p>Basic Qualifications:</p><p>• Bachelor’s degree in related field</p><p>• 8+ years of experience in product quality, compliance, or product safety</p><p>• 3+ years of people management experience</p><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><p>• Master’s degree</p><p>• Six Sigma, ASQ, or other quality certifications</p><p>• Experience with global suppliers and recalls</p><p>We Offer:</p><p>• Inclusive culture with Business Resource Groups</p><p>• <span style=\"color: black;\">Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)</span></p><p>• <span style=\"color: black;\">Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more!</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.
