Goodwill of the Great Plains strives to make employee compensation performance-based, competitive to organizations with similar missions, and commensurate for the individual&rsquo;s level of responsibility.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and evolve the organization&rsquo;s visual brand across all platforms (web, social, print, and physical spaces).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Design high-impact marketing materials, including community toolkits, print signage, and social media content.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Translate complex community data, goals, and feedback into beautiful, easy-to-understand infographics and visualizations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create visual storytelling of our community impact through photography and/or short-form video content.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and recruit community partners (non-profits, local businesses, and influencers) to expand our reach.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Act as the primary point of contact for community members, ensuring their voices are reflected in our visual and strategic output.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plan and execute community events that feel &quot;on-brand&quot; and welcoming.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a visual social media calendar that balances promotional posts with community partnership and mission storytelling.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Interview partners and community members to create &quot;Success Stories&quot; featuring professional photography and layout design.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists with the Goodwill Shoe Program territory wide.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Works with marketing team and cross-departmental teams to attend special events.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Represents Goodwill in the public media as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provides support to departmental team members regarding media inquiries and requests for presentations and tours.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Regularly travel to Goodwill locations or special events to promote and support marketing initiatives (including attendance at job fairs or marketing events on occasional evenings and weekends).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in printing marketing materials and completing marketing requests submitted by departmental team members.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 2&ndash;5 years of relevant work experience.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated experience with graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar programs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok) with experience creating engaging, brand-aligned content; familiarity with current trends preferred.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong writing skills; experience in creative content development or journalism needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must pass acceptable background check, possess valid driver&rsquo;s license and proof of insurance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Event planning or coordination experience preferred but not required.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">While the benefits are great, Goodwill&rsquo;s mission is really at the heart of all we do.
