          "text": "<p>Sia's&#xa0;Capital Markets (Corporate and Investment Banking)&#xa0;practice is seeking a Senior Consultant with deep, hands-on knowledge of capital markets post-trade operations to support broker-dealer clients navigating complex operational, regulatory, and technology transformation challenges. This is a&#xa0;consulting&#xa0;practitioner role — we are looking for someone who understands how institutional trades move from execution to settlement, where they break, and what it takes to fix them.&#xa0;</p><p>Key Responsibilities:&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Trade Lifecycle&#xa0;transformation: Evaluate&#xa0;front-to-back trade flows to assess data standardization&#xa0;issues,&#xa0;manual&#xa0;touchpoints&#xa0;and settlement&#xa0;fails&#xa0;to&#xa0;find&#xa0;transformation&#xa0;opportunities&#xa0;to&#xa0;improving STP rates with automation&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Operating Model Design: Evaluate existing operating models across front, middle, and&#xa0;back office&#xa0;functions; design current and future-state process flows; and develop Target Operating Models that improve operational efficiency, control, and scalability&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Liaison with Technology &amp; Automation: Work closely with Sia and clients’ technology teams to&#xa0;assist&#xa0;in developing automated solutions with an augmented consulting mindset.
