The position is based in Dallas, TX. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and loves fast paced environments as much as analyzing performance data.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Impact You Will Have:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead &amp; Motivate:</strong> Directly manage 85–90 drivers across multiple airports, creating a collaborative, high-performance culture</li><li><strong>Drive Operational Excellence:</strong> Ensure seamless, safe, on-time crew transportation. Solve issues quickly while upholding SkyHop’s high service standards</li><li><strong>Engage &amp; Develop Drivers:</strong> Provide hands-on support with scheduling, coaching, and performance management to boost service quality and morale</li><li><strong>Champion Safety &amp; Compliance:</strong> Enforce DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
