As a leader in pediatric therapy, we provide a purpose-driven environment where your skills and compassion truly make a difference.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Consult and collaborate with school staff and families in regards to students’ health and wellness.</li>\n <li>Provide nursing services through the use of current best practices based on prescribed services in the IEP.</li>\n <li>Communicate student medical status and concerns effectively to school staff and families.</li>\n <li>Review and implement plans of care as detailed by school nursing staff and phsyicians.</li>\n <li>Maintain all documentation required by the district including, but not limited to, vital signs, medication administration, daily notes, and any other documentation related to student medical status. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Nursing license in the state of residence/state of placement.</li>\n <li>Must hold a current license to practice in the state of NY</li>\n <li>Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development</li>\n</ul>\n<p>HealthPRO Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
