    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Women&rsquo;s Ministry Leader- Etown Campus&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>The fulltime Women&rsquo;s Ministry Leader provides strategic leadership and oversight for Women&rsquo;s Ministry at the E&rsquo;town campus.&nbsp;</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">She collaborates closely with the Central Ministry team. She is a team-oriented disciple maker who is passionate about connecting women to Jesus and one another. She cultivates a ministry environment that equips women to deepen their relationship with Christ through prayer, discipleship, groups, service and intentional events. As a part of the Connections Team, she helps implement the campus assimilation strategy, guiding women to take the next steps in their spiritual journey. She also serves as the campus point person for the anti-sex trafficking initiative, aligning local efforts with the church-wide vision and strategy.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Southeast?&nbsp;</strong>Southeast Christian Church is a dynamic, growing church where staff are encouraged to lead boldly, care deeply, and live authentically.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaboratively cast clear vision and strategy for Women&rsquo;s Ministry and Anti Sex Trafficking efforts at the E&rsquo;town campus and the surrounding community.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Create a culture of disciple-making by intentionally investing in key lay leaders.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in planning and leading Women&rsquo;s Ministry studies, groups and events.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee the Etown Women&rsquo;s Ministry budget.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establish and maintain a healthy culture, providing volunteer leadership and training</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide pastoral care for Women&rsquo;s Ministry and Anti Sex Trafficking volunteer teams</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify, train and organize volunteers to implement an assimilation strategy for new guests</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We Are Looking For:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ability to motivate, teach, organize, lead and love women.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ability to identify, lead and inspire volunteers to use their gifts for the Kingdom.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A highly relatable team player with a heart to serve and lead alongside staff and volunteers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A strong ability to collaborate at the campus level and church-wide</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ability to create welcoming and thoughtful ministry environments</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Our Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ministry experience that includes Bible study leadership</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven communications skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Critical thinking and the ability to multi-task projects, events and volunteer teams</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A team-player willing to collaborate</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">One who exhibits an active daily walk with God and models godly living that inspires others</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">An engaged member of Southeast Christian Church or willing to become one.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A commitment to live out our seven staff values: <strong>Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun</strong></li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Leads by example fulfilling the staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship and giving.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Agree with the *Statement of Faith, submit to the leadership established by the church, and live out our church Mantras in tangible ways.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>*Please read our Statement of Faith that is attached below.&nbsp;</strong>You will be asked if you agree with our Statement of Faith within the application process.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p>\n",
