Clean driving record required, and 18 (Eighteen) years of age.</li><li>MSHA certification or ability to obtain MSHA certification.</li><li>Must be able to pass DOT physical and drug test.</li><li>Can follow directions on priorities of parts scheduled to leave the yard.</li><li>Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>This position also requires employees to frequently climb stairs/movable stairs, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, bend, and work in outside weather conditions.</li><li>Able to work responsibly, safely, and intelligently.</li><li>Have the desire to take action, improve, and be appreciative.</li><li>Possess the capability to engage with customers, co-workers, and vendors in a respectful manner.</li></ul><p><strong>About Road Machinery &amp; Supplies Co.</strong></p><p>At Road Machinery &amp; Supplies Co. we understand our customers depend on our expertise, performance, and commitment to avoid downtime, lost production, and cost over-runs.
