    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Shear operator calculates how best to arrange material so there is very little waste. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>REPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use AX as trained to find and pull material for orders</li>\n <li>Cut order per router instructions</li>\n <li>Follow set guideline for proper inspection of material and cut size, grain direction, batch number.       </li>\n <li>Tag material with shop order number and count using proper color code tags.   </li>\n <li>Stage material for shipping using proper shipping guidelines by material type.</li>\n <li>Able to identify the most critical jobs and then completes them in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Keep work areas clean.                                                                                  </li>\n <li>Use proper lifting equipment when handling material, ask for help when needed.</li>\n <li>Know your equipment , maintain set check areas                                         </li>\n <li>Update AX lot notes with all material changes.  </li>\n <li>Do job cards for all material used.   </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic computer skills, read written directions, take verbal instructions, able to use measuring devices, and basic math skills.</li>\n <li>Forklift experience</li>\n <li>Good Attendance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p>\n<p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
