In this role, you will:</p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Manage W-2 Request for Assistance (RFA) work items and support inquiries received through FSC and Service Center inboxes.</li><li>Provide professional, compassionate customer service aligned with FSC&#39;s mission and values.</li><li>Coordinate referrals and connect applicants to programs and community resources that meet their needs.</li><li>Maintain and update resource information within the CARE network.</li><li>Accurately enter and maintain participant information in CARES, CWW, and other required systems.</li><li>Ensure documentation is processed and scanned into state systems in a timely manner.</li><li>Obtain and maintain Resource Specialist (RS) certification as required by state regulations.</li></ul><h2>What We&#39;re Looking For</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>One year of related customer service, administrative, human services, or office support experience preferred.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and data-entry skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Passion for helping others and contributing to positive community outcomes.</li></ul><h2>Why Join FSC?</h2><p>We know our employees are our greatest asset.
