We are expanding and looking to add a talented and motivated technician to our </span><span>Wellington, Colorado </span><span>team.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span>The UAV and Robotics </span><span>Technician</span><span> </span><span>is responsible for the </span><span>maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and function testing </span><span>of FulcrumAir UAVs and Aerial Robotics Systems. In addition to the technical skills explained below, this person must be dynamic, </span><span>hardworking</span><span>, professional, organized, and </span><span>forward-thinking</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span>A typical day as a UAV and Robotics Technician could include a variety of different tasks such as </span><span>diagnosing issues</span><span>, installing various electronic and mechanical components, soldering, using adhesives and solvents, removing and replacing components, and a wide variety of other associated tasks.</span></span><span> This position may also require travel up to 30% of the time with frequency and duration determined by operation requirements. </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span>Relevant experience such as</span><span> diagnostic skills,</span><span> electrical assembly, </span><span>mechanical repair, </span><span>small electronics repair, aircraft maintenance, or experience with drones/RC vehicles is an asset.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span>Some of the skills that would make a successful UAV and Robotics Technician are:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Skilled in</span><span> soldering and circuitry</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use a variety of hand and power tools</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Thorough understanding of wiring and electronics</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems troubleshooting and diagnostics </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to interpret technical drawings </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Familiarity with </span><span>repair</span><span> facilities</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Familiarity with UAV autopilots, GPS units, radios, and other components</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Knowledge of electric motors and control systems</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Computer skills</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong attention to detail</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Well Organized and considerate of shared space</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span></p>\n<p><span><span>Requirements include:</span></span><span> </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Driver’s </span><span>license</span><span> with a clean</span><span> record </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to conform with FulcrumAir’s pre-employment drug and alcohol testing program </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to </span><span>lift up</span><span> to 50lbs</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Punctuality and professionalism</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Completed High School/GED</span></span><span> </span><br></li>\n<li><span>Must possess a valid passport or be willing to obtain one if selected for the position</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span>Preferred qualifications:</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Applicable technical qualification such </span><span>as a certified technician, manufacturing associate, or something similar</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>3 + years of relevant experience</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span>FulcrumAir offers a competitive wage and benefits, depending on an applicant’s skills and experience.
