We value team players, people who are more&nbsp; concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  <br/>\n </div>\n <div>\n  RH is seeking a Guesthouse Door Associate to join our team in providing world-class service to our guests.\n </div>\n <div>\n  <br/>\n </div>\n <div>\n  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day</li>\n   <li>Consistently deliver first class service and a luxury experience</li>\n   <li>Ensure all guest arriving and departing are greeted in a professional and personable&nbsp; manner</li>\n   <li>Assist with guest luggage and packages in and out of vehicles&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Ensure the highest level of privacy, security and safety for all</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  OUR REQUIREMENTS\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>1+ years experience in customer service or similar role within a luxury environment</li>\n   <li>Excellent communication skills</li>\n   <li>Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and overnights&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Knowledgeable of the community and area in which the Guesthouse is located to assist guests with local information on special events (sporting, theater, movies, entertainment, and restaurants)</li>\n   <li>Possess or ability to qualify for a NYS Guard Card</li>\n   <li>Demonstrate full and comprehensive knowledge of the building including all services, amenities, and functions</li>\n   <li>Maintain knowledge of the evacuation plan along with emergency procedures for emergency crews such as first responders, utility personnel, etc.</li>\n   <li>Comply with brand quality assurance, uniform and appearance expectations and standards</li>\n   <li>Respond to incidents and disturbances including, but not limited to, property emergencies, noise complaints, and smoking complaints</li>\n   <li>Partner with Leadership to resolve disputes</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div>\n  PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;\n </div>\n <div>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Sustained standing, walking, bending, lifting, stooping for extended periods of time</li>\n   <li>This position requires working indoor and outdoor, in various climates</li>\n   <li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>",
