executing project delivery from proposal all the way to delivery &amp; site acceptance</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Design and implementation of (wired and wireless) networks for DeltaV and IT systems.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Installation and administration of Windows system in Domain, including remote access.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Installation and administration of DeltaV systems.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Virtualisation of DeltaV systems within a Windows OS environment.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>1st line support for the troubleshooting of DeltaV and IT hardware and software issues.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Analyse and understand customer requirements</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Participate in customer facing workshops regarding OT designs &amp; solutions</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Raise Technical Queries</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Develop System Architecture and Network/Cybersecurity related design and documentation</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Perform FAT with customer</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Escalate project issues/risk to Lead Engineer/Project Manager with appropriate mitigation plan</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Able to co-ordinate with overseas offices to understand scope &amp; schedule, TQ clarification, review meetings and progress reporting</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Take full ownership of allocated tasks</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Ready to travel on assignments at various locations</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Foster a positive &amp; collaborative environment within the Team for work and professional growth</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Perform base customer support activities as needed, including phone support, field service and remote diagnostics, as well as interface with Emerson Field Support Engineers, regional offices and expert resources as needed to resolve issues</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Continually and proactively increase one’s technical capabilities, growing and establishing higher levels of expertise</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Help to enhance the value of the OT &amp; Cyber team by contributing towards additional group activities/tasks, developing new internal/external solutions, and assisting with skills development.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span><strong>TECHNICAL SKILLS</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc; padding-left:48px\">\n <li><span><span>Knowledge of ISO-OSI layers &amp; PERDUE architecture model.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Knowledge of Network switch, routers &amp; firewall programming and hardening.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Knowledge of Server 2016 / 2022 administration, domain setup, Remote desktop service configuration, MS patch management etc. &amp; related troubleshooting.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Knowledge of Group policy Management.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Knowledge of backup recovery solutions like Acronis.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Knowledge of Antivirus &amp; whitelisting solutions (McAfee, Symantec etc.)</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Windows Server, to MSCA level or equivalent.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Windows 10, to MSCA level or equivalent.&nbsp;</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Networking, to Cisco CCENT/CCNA Routing &amp; Switching, CompTIA Network+ or equivalent.</span></span></li>\n <li><span><span>Cybersecurity, to CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span><strong>OPTIONAL SKILL</strong></span></span></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;
