This role supports all phases of EPC project execution, from conceptual and feasibility studies through detailed engineering, procurement support, startup, and commissioning.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will bring strong process engineering expertise, experience supporting industrial or power generation facilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary EPC project teams.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Project Execution</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead or support process engineering activities across all project phases including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Conceptual and feasibility studies </li>\n  <li>Detailed engineering design </li>\n  <li>Procurement support </li>\n  <li>Startup and commissioning support </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Process design basis documents </li>\n  <li>Equipment lists </li>\n  <li>Line lists </li>\n  <li>Tie-in schedules </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Prepare and review equipment datasheets and technical specifications for procurement packages including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Pumps </li>\n  <li>Vessels </li>\n  <li>Tanks </li>\n  <li>Heat exchangers </li>\n  <li>Blowers </li>\n  <li>Packaged systems such as water treatment, chemical feed, and instrument air systems </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Track engineering deliverables and manage scope changes within the process discipline </li>\n <li>Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces and collaborate with vendors, OEMs, and project stakeholders throughout project execution </li>\n <li>Employee may be required to visit job sites, field offices, and customer locations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>System Design</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design balance-of-plant systems including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Demineralized water treatment systems (RO, CEDI, mixed bed) </li>\n  <li>Closed cooling water systems </li>\n  <li>Service water systems </li>\n  <li>Instrument and plant air systems </li>\n  <li>Chemical dosing systems </li>\n  <li>Wastewater handling systems </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Specify and size: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Atmospheric tanks in accordance with API 650 </li>\n  <li>Pressure vessels in accordance with ASME BPVC Section VIII </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Evaluate material compatibility for plant chemicals including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Aqueous ammonia </li>\n  <li>Sulfuric acid </li>\n  <li>Sodium hypochlorite </li>\n  <li>Other industrial process chemicals </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Support specification and selection of fluid turbomachinery including centrifugal pumps and natural gas compressors </li>\n <li>Support air permitting activities by developing emissions estimates for: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Gas turbines </li>\n  <li>Duct burners </li>\n  <li>Auxiliary boilers </li>\n  <li>Emergency engines </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Coordinate with environmental consultants regarding: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>SCR and CO catalyst guarantees </li>\n  <li>Ammonia slip limits </li>\n  <li>Continuous emissions monitoring requirements </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Provide process engineering data for: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Noise studies </li>\n  <li>Wastewater discharge permitting </li>\n  <li>Secondary containment and drainage design </li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Drawings & Documentation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and maintain Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) showing: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Major equipment </li>\n  <li>Flow paths </li>\n  <li>Heat and mass balance conditions </li>\n  <li>Key operating parameters </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) from early studies through detailed design including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Control schemes </li>\n  <li>Isolation philosophy </li>\n  <li>Relief device locations </li>\n  <li>Utility connections </li>\n  <li>Equipment tagging standards </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Participate in HAZOP reviews, constructability reviews, and operability evaluations </li>\n <li>Manage P&ID revisions and engineering redlines through successive design stages </li>\n <li>Coordinate with instrumentation, piping, electrical, and structural disciplines to ensure consistency across engineering deliverables </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Education, Certifications & Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited university </li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) registration highly preferred or ability to obtain PE registration in project states </li>\n <li>Minimum 4 years of relevant industrial experience in: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Chemical processing </li>\n  <li>Petroleum refining </li>\n  <li>Power generation </li>\n  <li>EPC process design engineering environments </li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Skills & Competencies</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of power generation systems including gas turbines and combined-cycle facilities </li>\n <li>Familiarity with process simulation and hydraulic modeling software such as: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>GT Pro </li>\n  <li>PIPE-FLO </li>\n </ul>\n <li>Working knowledge of AutoCAD Plant 3D / P&ID preferred </li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including: </li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Word </li>\n  <li>Excel </li>\n  <li>PowerPoint </li>\n  <li>Outlook
