We have continued to grow and are excited to add another to the UST family!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location Manager Overview</span></p>\n<p>As the Location Manager, you are responsible for the ownership of the day-to-day operations with an emphasis on the continuous development of relationships with Clients, Contractors, Customers, and Employees. The cornerstone of UST’s growth and success is built upon the expectation that EVERY team member will Execute Excellence Every time - simply known internally as E3. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay: </span>$58,000-$62,500</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<p><em>(Include, but are not limited to)</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conducts ride behinds and evaluations of contractors to determine skill levels and development opportunities</li>\n<li>Handles product (offloads/loads trucks)</li>\n<li>Coordinates with customer service to ensure that all customers are satisfied</li>\n<li>Depending upon the location size, a UST Location Manager may oversee an administrative support team</li>\n<li>Ensures all claims are charged back to the appropriate driver</li>\n<li>Ensures all operations are operating in compliance with DOT and OSHA requirements</li>\n<li>Monitors KPI’s to ensure a healthy and efficient operation </li>\n<li>Monitors weekly reports to ensure financial objectives are being met</li>\n<li>Monitors weekly settlements to ensure contractor goals are being achieved</li>\n<li>Oversees accurate and efficient loading of all vehicles for the delivery of retail home products to the end consumer (last mile)</li>\n<li>Recruits Independent Owner Operators and assists in the recruitment of their teams</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Provides operational oversight and support for the Syracuse location, including routing, billing, and delivery team management performed remotely on a daily basis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travels to the Syracuse location twice monthly for one-day onsite operational visits, team support, and performance oversight</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally</li>\n<li>Ability to work a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays</li>\n<li>Ability to lift &amp; move heavy objects</li>\n<li>Higher education and/or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook</li>\n<li>Experience in a 3PL model</li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>UST Logistical Systems provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</em></p>",
